Martin, why voxalot numbers frequently dont work?

Hi Martin, my voxalot numbers (account number) frequently dont work, my family call me for sipbroker numbers, but the call dont connect. i try to call me between my two voxalot numbers and hang up the voxalot answer machine
my family try 85-25-25-20 *010 315409 dont connect the call (for sipbroker number)
and i try for voxalot 315407 to 315409 and hang up the voxalot anwer machine
and try for sip broker 315407 to *010315409 and hang up the voxalot answer machine
i set the answer in 40 s

some times this work, but what happen? what can i do?
