![]() Hi, I hope somebody can help me ...
I have PAP2T and X-lite registered with voxalot. I forwarded my ipkall number and my provider's DID to voxalot. When I call my ipkall number - both my ATA and X-lite will ring. When I call my DID provided by VoIP provider - the X-lite will ring, but the ATA will not. What could be the problem> Thanks! |

![]() Well, some additional details:
I can forward my DID to vbuzzer account and my PAP2 and X-Lite both ring. So the problem is only when I forward my DID to voxalot. Just to summarize it: 1. ipkall DID forwarded to voxalot (xxxxxx@us.voxalot.com) - PAP2 and X-lite pick up the call. 2. voip.ms DID (my voip provider - allows SIP URL forwarding) forwarded to vpxalot - only X-lite is able to pick up the call, PAP2 does not ring. 3. voip.ms DID forwarded to vbuzzer (free - don't have credits) account (xxxxxx@vbuzzer.com) - both PAP2 and X-lite work fine. So I have a problem with ATA only, when I forward my voip.ms DID to voxalot. Will appreciate any help. Thanks. |

In order to know what the problem is, you may have to do some packet sniffing on your ATA. Look for error messages that may be generated at the moment the call should be arriving. Last edited by boatman; 07-15-2008 at 04:12 PM. |

![]() Well - I forwarded to xxxxxx@voxalot.com and everything works. is this the proper way to forward? X-Lite and ipKall worked with xxxxxx@us.voxalot.com properly.

The Voxalot server will find the SIP agent registration and set up the call to the registered device(s). |
