Default MWI Change

Hi,

We have made a change to the "Message Waiting Indicator" (MWI) logic.

Are people able to confirm whether it is working for their device?

We are also interested in knowing if it now works for EyeBeam.

Thanks.

Hi,

Seems to work with my Linksys PAP2. The message waiting is set to 'yes'.

Cheers,
Nathan.

Hi Martin

Well, CounterPath released their version 1.5 of eyeBEAM and now the MWI does not work with Voxalot again :-(

Here is a question I posted to their site and a response.

http://support.counterpath.net/viewt...?p=23130#23130

Not sure if its enough to help you fix the problem again, but I can ask more questions to eyeBEAM support if you tell me what specific details you need.

Take care

Richard

I am using GXP-2000 with voxalot setup and do not see WMI working. Here is my WMI string setup.

f1=350,f2=440,c=10/10;

anyone using Grandstream 2000 with voxlot have wmi working?

Thanks

I am using GXP-2000 with Voxalot and see no problem with MWI working with Voxalot. I get both the dial stutter and a flashing amber light.
Not sure under which settings tab you find the MWI set-up string.
I only had to set the MWI indicator to Yes in the Voxalot account tab.
I am running latest firmware on the GXP-2000 from GS website.

I found with my GXP2000 that if you set 'enable call features' to NO then vox MWI works. reverse logic
