Day light Saving?

I am using US central time, the offset in summer is -6 hours but in winter due to Day light saving difference become -7 hours.

By setting and testing I found that if you set US central time, which supposed to -6, but in reality it is -7 hours behind.

I suggest that on Main Member Detail page should be a check box to take care this Day light saving.
