Voicemail start immediatly

could you have a look pls on my 2 voxalot account 970531 (Premium) and 970532 (Basic) and check why if I'm calling from 970531 to 970532 the voicemail starts after the expiration time set and if I'm calling from 970532 to 970531 the voicemail starts immediatly. FYI - If I'm trying to call 970531 by using the geo number registered on voip server the voicemail works as expected. I was adding a call forwarding entry to 'my voxalot account' on 970531 and then I deleted it. May be that the entry was not really deleted from database? Thanks for your help Paolo I posted an older thread on particular behaviour on Speed Dial with SIP URI that I found not working, could you let me know if the problem is already known or I'm wrong in any way? It might be a good idea to create a default "Call Connection Rule" that matches "any inbound provider or number" and connects to "Your voxalot number". Give it a nice high priority number and then you can easily put any other forwards you like in front of it. I don't know if that will solve your problem, but it can't hurt.

Voicemail works fine
I'm surprised but the voicemail is working fine now calling from 970531 to 970532 and vice versa as well.
I found that voxalot requires a period of time 30-60 secs before updating the new configuration settings (i.e - I tried changing on my premium account a registered VSP to a NOT REGISTERED state and call it from outside, the inbound call rings for 30-60 secs more). My final opinion is that the problem found on my VM was probably due to a disallineament of the database information and the ones previously configured. |
