voxalot & ELMEG IP290

Hi!

a have a question/problem.

I have registered voxalot with an ELMEG IP290 that support MWI Notification. If somebody calls me and I do not answer, I get after some minutes a VMAIL message on the display. If I press the button for hearing the message, I can hear actually my own voxalot mailbox (the person who calls me should hear this, not me !!!), asking me to leave a message after the beep signal. Why is it like this?

Is it possible to deactivate it? I have to mention that for some stupid reason, MWI cannot be deactivated on my phone.
