Well,

I have also tested eu.voxalot.com, and it is not working...

The US and AU server are working fine though.

There is a post up in the Mod forum summarizing everything here...

In the meantime, adjust your server cluster (under Member Details) and your Proxy value (on ATA/SoftPhone) to the US or AU server (just temporarily)

Default cannot get incoming calls

Hello,

I am unable to get a correct registration from my IP phone to eu.voxalot.com. If I use us.voxalot.com, I am able to register, perform outgoing calls, but cannot get inbound calls.

For incoming calls, the phone does half a ring now and then dies. I get a message while calling my incoming number saying that the number is not available.

Can you please let me know if there are any issues on the eu server?

Does not work for me either.

Any official news from the Voxalot team? Need to reconfigure several ATAs and softphones remotely, so I'd rather wait should I know Voxalot team is working on the issue and things will recover in the next 24 hours or so.

There is a core problem with the eu.voxalot.com proxy that is currently being looked at.

We will advise when we know more.

In the mean time, please redirect your registrations / calls to us.voxalot.com

Well, see here not registered, on my Grandstream2000 phone, but *600 works perfect, via TCP... on eu. server....

The EU proxy has now been restored to its operational status.

The root cause of the issue was database related and took us a bit longer to correct than originally anticipated.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused our members.
