407 Proxy Authentication Required

Hi all,
I have setup my Billion 7404VGP to register with Voxalot except when I try to call my Voxalot sip address xxxx@voxalot.com.au from a softphone I get a "SIP/2.0 407 Proxy Authentication Required" error.

Any clues?
Would this indicate I haven't set up registration properly?
It appears correct as far as I can tell as the modem event log indicates the port as registered.
One interesting thing is I used the .au domain suffix when registering and calling however there is a voxalot.com reference in the log.
I used the .au suffix after .com didn't work and saw something in a thread about .au being available.
