tpad - registration failed

Hi, im having problem these last few days to get the tpad registration to registered, anyone else got the same problem ?

It was working fine over many months and now just suddetly im having problem registered with voxalot.

Yes, I seem to have the same problem. I checked just now and the status was 'Failed'.
I tried de-registering and the re-registering and now the status is stuck at 'Auth. Sent'.

Maybe they have done a 'sipgate' and blocked Voxalot?

You have to get in touch with them. I just wrote about it:

Since yesterday I am connected again to Tpad via Voxalot.

Hi,

If you have any problems with your Tpad Account then send me an email with your Tpad Number to:

steven.johns@tpad.com

and i can get someone to reactivate your account and i will add some test credit for you.

Apologies, this was just a human error and steps have been taken to stop this happening again. All accounts affected were users just using Tpad for receiving calls on our free Break IN Service.
