I have some very basic questions...I have tried to set up call me but really do not understand some of the terminology etc. Help please!

1. What is a "tool tip"?
It's a little balloon like textbox you see much more when you hover your mouse over some objects
2. Voxalot Line 1 or Line 2, it says place text...ok what text?
If you click on the first graphic you see on your website after implementing the code, then you see 2 lines of text, here you can enter the text visitors of your page will see
3. Can I have this feature ring on my landline or mobile phone?
Sorry don't know this answer

Please have mercy and make any advice step by step. Often people assume that others they are talking with have a Phd

Thanks

Note also, that the sample code when you enable voxcallme is just sample code -- copy that to your website and adjust the text as required; do not change voxalot_id or voxalot_digest data though.

Okay, well if you send html emails..... it might work, but it is meant for webpages -- interesting concept, it does require your email recipient to enable running of html and javascript in the email though.

Default The saga continues....

Hi all,

Will it be possible to change the image that appears, customize it?

Getting back to the code for line 1 and line two? Should I be seeing something on the website for line one/two ? What functions do these lines have?

The frustrating thing is that this all should be so simple...thank everyone for their patience.

Martin, you didn't indicate whether you would consider it.

I have now populated my Speed Dial Book with some 75 names. This list will undoubtedly grow as time goes on. I find this feature very handy. Instead of searching through the phonebook on my phone, I simply look at the Speed Dial page, pick out the name of the person I want to ring, then dial the corresponding speed dial code.

At the moment, the list is in numerical order. It would be much easier to find a name in my long list if it could be switched to alphabetical order. There is no rush for this improvement, but I would like to know if it is being considered at all.

Thanks
Mark

Absolutely. I made note of it in our tracking system when I read your post and it is now an active item.

Thanks, Martin, that's good news! My wife and I are using the Speed Dial List all the time now. It is such a handy feature. It can store many more names than our phone and is probably quicker to use as well.
