Unable to call out via MyNetFone VSP
Is there a known problem with Voxalot and MNF? I have premium account and it is registered and actually worked before. It stopped working a while ago and I cannot get it to work again.
If I unregister MNF and wait one hour or so, it works from softphone on my computer, so to me, this is something between MNF and Voxalot. But the screens at Voxalot don't show anything but failed calls, so I don't have any clues. I had tried both sip00.mynetfone.com.au and sip01.mynetfone.com.au with the same lack of success. I am not sure what the next step to try to resolve this. I cannot use mynetfone directly from my device because I have a different service on it that also requires registration. |

Has anything changed on this, have you had any luck>
...to the best of my knowledge short of the fact, that MNF requires registration for outgoing calls, it should be working |

Should be, but is not (for me)
I am not surprised that it 'should be working'.
But what do I do now to troubleshoot it, when it does not? |

I have also had problems at time with MNF and Voxalot. I am on premium and have it registered. Sometimes rebooting my SPA-3102 helps. Other times I get a busy sound which is bogus.

I am not having any problems using MNF with Voxalot. It has been working fine on sip00 for ages both for incoming and outgoing calls. If it is registered in Voxalot and the dial plans are configured correctly, I wouldn't know what else to look for if it wasn't working.

I have mnf set up as a backup vsp - was working fine when I set it up, but as I've not had issues with my cheaper vsp's for some time, it hasn't been used. Recently discovered via the whirlpool forum that mnf is going to disconect did's on the whirlpool saver account if a chargeable call isn't made in a given month. So, I went to make a call to keep my did active, and discovered that outgoing calls don't work any more... My mnf registration is via my ata, while calls are routed via voxalot (voxalot dial plans are WAY better than the excuse built into the Vigor2800VG, but it does allow registration with 6 vsp's at the same time!) All my other vsp accounts work fine via voxalot, and incoming calls from mnf did are also ok via voxalot. Only outgoing calls are affected (engaged tone). If I route calls directly to mnf from the ata it all works fine (subject to the lousy dial plans as noted above). Any clues more than a little welcome... Regards, Pcal |
