Bad outgoing voice quality

Anyone having these problems? I have generally been impressed with Voxalot over the 3 weeks or so that I have been using it but over the past 2 days I have had lousy outgoing voice quality. Choppy voice on the receiving end. Crystal clear incoming. Any ideas?

Usually means that your upload connection is not able to handle the bitstream correctly or the download side at the receiving end is having the problem.

Try an echo test.

In many cases, some other activity on your internet connection is choking the upload.

Do you know what are the upload/download speed of your connection?
Is anything else running in the background using the same connection?

You might also want to try a speed test on the connection.
