To receive calls:

-Call a SipBroker Access Number then enter *010xxxxxx (xxxxxx being your VoXalot number)

-If you have a DID from any of your providers, set Register to yes for that provider, wait until the status says registered and then call the DID, your softphone should ring...

Do you go directly to VoiceMail, or do you hear ringing, but your softphone doesn't ring?

If you hear ringing but the SoftPhone doesn't ring, check NAT settings (have you set up a STUN server with XLite, it may help)

Try a different SoftPhone, eg.try ExpressTalk Basic, it's much easier to configure:
