Default Voxalot Callforward

I have setup Voxalot at my brothers house and while I am here on holidays I want to forward my Voxalot No to his.
I have tried to do this via call fwd using the uri sip/xxxxxx@au.voxalot.com however when I try to save I get a message saying the sip uri is invalid.
What am I doing wrong or is this not possible - thanks Bill

Apparently this kind of loop back can cause problems, don't know why.

Perhaps you could set up a FWD account, forward your account from V1 to FWD, then at FWD, you do a forward to the V2 account. I think this might work, but I am not sure.

Hi Bill,

For technical reasons VoXaLot URI's are not allowed in the call forward.

However, in your account, try setting up the following call forward rule:

Forward to number
*010<brothers voxalot number> via SIP Broker. (or *061 either should work).

Voxalot to Voxalot forwarding used to work reasonably well in most cases before the last Forwarding update. I've had problems doing it with the added feature set.

Thanks for that hint. Works like a charm!
Tested forwarding to another Voxalot account, and also to another VOIP account. Worked perfectly in both cases.
