Problem deleting a VSP

Hi

I'm trying to delete a VSP from my account, but I'm getting the following error:

Unable to delete provider "MyNetFone" while a call forwarding reference "#1" to it exists.

However, I can't find any call forwarding set up in my account.

Any ideas?
