Default PSTN call disconnect to gizmo account

i have a call-in number with my gizmo account. when i use pstn line to call into my gizmo account, i could connect ok. However, if i use the sipbroker local access number trying to access my gizmo account, it would ring but as soon as i pick up my call i would get a click on my pstn line and hung up. 100% of the times. I don't know why because i clearly remember long time ago when i first set up this it worked. Now it would not.

i am not behind NAT. this problem will happen whether i clear my iptables or not hence it has nothing to do with my firewall rules.

i have since double checked and found something interesting

from pstn access list, i know which network provider each pstn access number is coming from. Whenever i use those listed with LES.net, all calls fail. with LINK2VOIP, 100% success. Some are iffy: Callcentric or Voicenetwork - they don't fail 100% of the times but do fail.

I have to stress again that I am NOT behind NAT.

At this point I don't know who to approach to investigate this issue. My voip provider? Sipbroker? Les.net? Who exactly is responsible for call drops?

Well, i am getting closer to the heart of the problem. Today I register for a voxalot account and try out the sipbroker with it. It seems to ring thru and i am able to pick up the call without disconnection. Now i am not too sure what difference exists between gizmo and voxalot regarding to this sipbrokered call.
