Default Configuration problem

Hello,

I have rencently adopted your tool voxalot but I don't achieve to configure it.
I have a siemens S450ip phone and I have 2 VOIP providers: Justvoip and 3starsnet.
I used to use justvoip directly on my sipphone but now I want to use 3starsnet also (specially for the income calls).
I attached herewith a copy of my configurations because I don't find my mistake...
I have followed the installation procedure described on your website but I have to miss something... Could you please help me.
Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

What is not working?
Incoming?
Anyway for incoming sip-Register = yes! (you need Voxlite)

Calling? With 3starsnet? With justvoip? or both?
Maybe outbound proxy in Siemens = eu.voxalot.com?
You have Smart Call List (Dial Plans)? At least _XX.

By the way, if you want the 3stars number as calling ID if you call with justvoip, in advancend settings: dispayname=0032......

Hello John,

Txs for your reply.
What is going wrong are the incoming but also the outgoing calls!
for the incoming, incoming sip-Register = yes! (I had already done it)
For calling, neither 3* nor justvoip works...
On my phone it's written "pas de connexion IP" = "Any IP connexion".
Do you know what it can be?
Txs

I do not speak french, but google translate says: pas de connexion IP = no IP connection.
So seems something in your network or internet connexion.
Is your phone written here :
http://www.voxalot.com/action/deviceRegistrations

The phone works with justvoip or 3* straigtly?

You're right ;-) it meens "no" IP connexion.
I used to use justvoip directly on my sipphone and it works.
Now I would like to use it through voxalot and use 3* too.
You told me that my sipphone has to be written on : http://www.voxalot.com/action/deviceRegistrations
and it's not registered! Do I have to do it???
I will try this evening!!! Tks very much! I will keep you informed tomorrow!
Merci ;-)

If you use only one SIP-phone (and not softphone or somethning too) it must be written on that page.(but only one so unregister all other phones).
But first your phone must have connection, justvoip still works?

Rober, I had the same problem and I have it working now. Check your S450IP settings in your webbrowser under 'Telephony' and then 'Number Assignment'. Make sure that the 'Connections for outgoing calls' matches the IP# under which you have defined Voxalot (IP# as described should match the IP# of Voxalot under 'Connections'). It should then work. Good luck.
