It seems US and EU is currently down... from tracert it seems that it could be more of a data centre issue. It's currently early morning in AU... will leave a note for Martin/Craig & team and I suspect they'll be responding shortly

Same problem here: eu- and us-servers are not working!
Tempory switched over directly to main provider untill voxalot is working again.
