Default Call Failures

My wife tried several calls to PSTN numbers yesterday from home with no luck. My router logged the following calls:

04-26-2006 15:42:16 0 OUT 0294521877@voxalot.com
04-26-2006 15:41:22 0 OUT 94521877@voxalot.com
04-26-2006 15:39:10 0 OUT 94521877@voxalot.com

She tried 94521877 a couple of times and then tried 0294521877, all failed.

Was there any problem with Voxalot between 15:39:10 and 15:42:16 yesterday? Can you check your log? The calls should have been routed to AstraTEL but I can't access their call logs so I can't see whether they registered anything.

She was calling from Sydney, Australia, so I guess it's EST.

So when you say they left Voxalot ok, does that mean that AstraTEL accepted the call (i.e., username and password ok) but then it bounced somewhere inside AstraTEL?

I've had similar problems in the past when connected directly to AstraTEL. I'd try a number and get a busy signal, try again, same thing, keep trying 10 times in a row with same busy signal. Wait for 10 minutes and try again and it would work. Could this be a network busy signal from AstraTEL? I know the called number was not busy because I was testing it with a friend and they were definitely not on the line.
