Default please refund both charges and delete my account

Payedd $15 on 12/12 via PayPal - paypal desputed the charge (not me) and you reverted me to BASIC. PayPal is asking for bank account information to verify my account - obviously I am not going to give that to them and will be cancelling my PayPal account.

Payed $15 on 12/13 directly with my CC. The account is back to basic.

Please refund the first to PayPal and the second charge to CC. Also, please, delete my account.

Thanks. It was a great service, just the price ($30 for 2 days) is kind of steep.

Plese allow atleast a day or two to look into the matter.Do you really expect moderators to sit infront of computer screen all the times?

At this point I have no expectations of customer service at all. My account was disabled (downgraded to Basic) twice in 48 hours without an e-mail or a phone call. I guess their mail system and phone system where both down.
