Unable to delete provider "Pennytel" while a dial plan reference "#999: _xxxx." to it
Hi I am trying to remove a VoIP provider from my Voxalot account but when I do it get the above error?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |

Check your Dial Plan (and Forwards, if you have a Premium plan).
You must have a reference to "Pennytel" in one of your rules. If you delete the rule or modify it to point to another provider, you can delete Pennytel from the Provider list. |
