New EU server and connection problems
Hi first of all thank you for this new server the quality of voice is perfect however from time to time I am experiencing (when I call) a dead tone, ei like dead air, no voice. Yet the phone at the other end rings and when picked up there is no voice (but the call is charged by my provider)
It is normally fixed by re-dialling(no change is settings what so ever - just redialing solves the issue), and then it works fine but happens top me in about 10% of calls. I thought it was my provider but I changed providers and the problem persists. If I connect my ip phone directly to my provider rather than via voxalot then I do not experience this behaviour. therefore I tend (sorry if I am wrong) to think that it could be voxalot ? What could it be ? regards Juan |
