![]() I can't reach the http://www.voxalot.com website,
dialing 500 for voicemail also fails. 600 for echo test works, though, as does http://forum.voxalot.com ... |

![]() Hello,
I have from about 15:00 (GMT+1, about 5 hours ago) problems with www.voxalot.com website. Even *500 doesn't work and also no incoming calls. I would be happy if they let us know about problems by E-mail ![]() Regards, Gert-Tom |

![]() Please accept my apologies for the delay in replying. Our hosting service has an outage which is affecting some of our servers.
Service to SIP Broker and one of our US servers has been restored, but the other one is still down (and that is the one that the web site is hosted on). Some of you will may experience some difficulties making calls through Voxalot until this gets resolved. In the meantime, if you would like to point your ATAs to either the eu.voxalot.com or au.voxalot.com clusters, that will help alleviate the problems you may be having. We have a Sev 1 support ticket raised with our service provider and will provide feedback in this thread as the status changes. Again, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. -- Craig |

All servers are fully operational. I would suggest re-booting your device. .

I should have mentioned in my post I allready tried that several times. However - all of a sudden I remembered having had the same issue with my Linksys ATA 2102 - one of the ports wouldn't register no matter how often it got rebooted. Even thouogh they were setup towards the same VSP. Then I rebooted the ZyXEL D600 D1 router - after that it worked. Same solution for my Grandstream GXP2000. The funny thing is that the three other SIP account in it registered okay. Does anyone have a hint what is causing this to happen? Would the ZyXEL behave as an automated firewall or could it be some embedded Stun server settings somewhere? Kim |
