No outgoing calls via eu server/Voipcheap

This evening I can't make outgoing calls through eu.voxalot.com via Voipcheap (Betamax).

If I change to us.voxalot.com it works.

Anyone else having problems?

Hi, after some research I came to the same conclusion.
eu.voxalot.com is broken
us.voxalot.com works and au.voxalot.com too.

For the moment I'll use us.voxalot.com

I already pushed the red button at the status page because this error has now been confirmed for me.

Same problem here, why they dont fix it??

I cant change to voxalot.us because i got too many adapters out registered with the eu server.

Why they dont update the service status?
All servers showing "operational" and we know thats not true.
Is there still someone working or is voxalot a dead site?

yes, I agree this is bad service - they should make a statement here on the forum and update their status page!

Did anybody dare to "press the red button??

I am sure it is just a small server problem, they should restart the server but as nowbody alerted nothing will be donde untill monday. Ping to eu.voxalot.com works.

If Martin wants my account number to investigate, it's 728386 (Voxalot Premium). I'll try the US Server later today.

I changed the settings in my sip-device from eu.voxalot.com to us.voxalot.com and everything is up and running again.

I cant just change from eu to us because i got to change 50 voxalot accounts and my clients voip adapters worldwide? I cant tell them go into your voip adapters and change the sip server.

Sorry guys I just saw this. EU server needed a restart. All should be OK now.
