Problem to register x-lite SIP account
Hi all! I'm Voxalot newbie.
I regitered a Voxalot number a couple of days ago and installed X-lite softphone. I'm trying to register a x-lite SIP account... but I'm receiving an error message: Registration error: 401 - Unauthorized. My settings where as follows: Dysplay name: my Voxalot number. User name: my Voxalot number. Authorization user name: my Voxalot number. Domain: us.voxalot.com Proxy: us.voxalot.com Could it be my local network connection problem (like firewalls, routers, etc.), or is it because of my location in Eastern Europe?
