Dial Plan for BBPGlobal

Could anyone assist me with a dial plan for BBPGlobal?

I also have SpanTalk as my VSP and it works fine, but I can't get BBPGlobal to work. Their Hardware Support web page indicates that:

To use your own hardware with our service, please input the following information:
SIP Server 1 sip1.bbpglobal.com
Port
5190
SIP Server 2 sip2.bbpglobal.com
Port
5060
STUN Server 1 stun1.bbpglobal.com
STUN Server 2 stun2.bbpglobal.com

I have tried either sip1.bbpglobal.com or sip2.bbpglobal.com without success. Using a softphone (CounterPath X-Lite) I can see how to input the stun addresses, and the softphone works with BBPGlobal. However, I can't see how to input these stun addresses with a dial plan in VoXaLot. There does not seem to be any place to add them, and I can't get my Uniden portable phone to work with BBPGlobal (it works with SpanTalk).

My Billion VoIP router sends most dialling attempts to VoXaLot. This can be confirmed by doing a test in the router setup.

Can anyone help?

It is not actually a Dial Plan that I am after, it is the Provider Details. BBPGlobal show the following details for Harware Support:
To use your own hardware with our service, please input the following information:

STUN Server 1 stun1.bbpglobal.com
STUN Server 2 stun2.bbpglobal.com

There are a lot of VoIP hardware in the market. As long as they support SIP protocol, they should be compatible with our service. Below is a list of hardware installation instructions:

The Provider Details that are required for Voxalot are:

However, these Provider Details do not work on Voxalot, whereas similar details for SpanTalk do.

Can someone suggest why the Provider Details for BBPGlobal do not work?

At this stage BBPGlobal does not work through Voxalot - Pretty sure it is on Martin's "things to do list" = Bill

Thank you for this comment. Is this correct? BBPGlobal does not work through Voxalot? When can we expect it to happen? Maybe Martin could have a go at answering this one.
