Routing Issues for AU
At the moment, there appears to be some routing issues between many (all?)Australian ISPs and the Voxalot servers in the US (we're unsure whether it is affecting other IP addresses, or just the Voxalot ones).
Due to this problem and because we are based in Australia, we can't even log onto the Voxalot web site to send out status notifications to the AU users. This may cause some disruption of services to Australian users. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will update this thread as soon we know more from our service providers. -- Craig |

This problem appears to have been solved.

Are you experiencing a repeat of these problems at the moment?

For the past few hours, we've been experience a Denial of Service attack on our AU server (which has resulted in a reduction of service for other AU users). We believe that we have managed to stop it for now, but will report back here if it starts again.
