Forgot Password

Hi,

I am trying to log into my acocunt ID 822965 but it says incorrect password. When I try forgot password it gives me the rror saying "User Not Activated" How can I log into my account or how can I retreive my lost password?

Pls help.

Martin,

Thanks a lot. Got the password. Have the same problem for 2 other numbers would appreciate if you could activate it again: 512064 and 215155.

HI Martin,

Thanks, got one done, but am getting an error on 215155 -

ERROR

1. User 215155 and/or email address was not found.

Pls advise what I should do?

The account is active. You should be able to login.

Well, I cant seem to remember the password, and the forgot password asks for the email address. I have tried all the emails i knw but gives the above error. Cant seem to remeber the email either Is it possible for you to change the email in the account to my default email so i can retrieve the password?
