Delete Accounts/Refund

I signed up since the "benefits" link on the web implies that there are hunt groups or "find me" service:

Voxalot's Call Connection gives you complete flexibility on how your inbound calls are connected. You can send inbound calls to a fixed line telephone number, a mobile telephone number, to another internet telephone number or simply to Voice Mail. For example, you can send all calls seven days a week between the hours of 1:00 AM and 8:00 AM to Voice Mail, while still allowing other important phone numbers through. You would not after all want to miss an emergency call from a loved one.

This is not the case, so would like a refund on the service. I've also deleted the VSPs more than a day ago, but they still show as registered with my provider and are causing problems with inbound calls. Subscriber number is 916501
