my voxalot number through pstn access numbers?

I tried few numbers mentioned on pstn list and than I add my voxalot number which is (*010-my number)but it doesn't ring my x-lite softare?
but when after dialing same pstn number when I added my enum number(pstn number) it did ring my x-lite software...

whats wrong when I enter (*010-my voxalot number)?

I just tried this using the Melbourne SIPBroker number +61-3-8807-2174 and entered *010nnnnnn#, where nnnnnn is my VoXaLot number and my x-lite software rang. I am connected to au.voxalot.com and I have had problems in the distant past with using *010 instead of *061, but both apear to be working at the moment.
