Registration - SPA3102
My Spa 3102 will register on the PSTN line to voxalot.com, but not to voxalot.com.au. Is their a problem with the Australian server, or do I need to twiddle something with the SPA3102

AU server down
I can connect OK to voxalot.com but au.voxalot.com fails at the moment.
This has been pretty frequent in the last day when I thought I'd bite the bullet & move my system across to Voxalot. Can a 3102 automatically seek out the US server to register to when the AU is down? Are others having problems with the connection reliability? Thanks |

au.voxalot.com is fine:

Hi Martin, yep it's back again now - about 5 minutes after I posted in fact. You can see from my post last month that is is recurring.
Like yourself, my first check is to the voipstatus site. It was doing the same thing about midnight last night. I had thought it might be a wifi isp problem, but that doesn't tie in with the availability of the US server. It seems to verify the concern of some that we are adding another point of failure to the system though. Is it possible to have an auto server fallback? Great service by the way. I will be happy to pay a monthly sub in due course for the facility if this type of problem resolves. |

Hi scons,
I just went through the system logs and everything reports "green". ozvoipstatus did not detect an outage in the last 24hrs either. The only thing I can think off is some network issue between your ATA and the oz server. Is your problem with registration only or making outbound calls also? Edit: Can you please run a traceroute between you and au.voxalot.com and PM me the results. Thanks.
