Alternate service? External SIP registration, Dial plans

Hi everyone,
It is really sad that Voxalot is out of business. I am looking for a provider having voxalot like services, providing SIP on alternate ports (other than 5060) as my ISP blocks 5060 (unannounced) and where I can configure external VoIP accounts and dial plans.

I have PBXes in mind but they offer only 2000 minutes in free account. I also tried sipsorcery, but they only handle signaling and not media, and so ISP blocks that as well.
Any help please?

Would you please tell me what's PBXes in your mind for the service providers which offer only 2000 minutes in free account, Untill we find another service provider like VoxAlot.
