I don't have time to actively monitor all forums all the time, if only I was being paid to run e164.org
emailing us is the best option to tell us when things aren't working.
As for a previous post on automatically monitoring, there is no way to easily monitor call quality in an automated fashion since the number of variables is fairly high, the best we can do is verify that calls are being routed, although this doesn't work 100% because some people whitelist our IP/CID, or handle it differently from normal SIP calls from others etc.
