There is one of two problems here:
1. Your ATA is not registering with VoXalot (hence no incoming calls)
2. Your ATA is registered with VoXalot, but it is behind a router which is blocking incoming traffic
Here is a detailed guide on how to set up your SPA
http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-gen...lkthrough.html
A few highlights from that guide that may help with incoming calls
-Preferably make sure you have STUN set up in your ATA (stun.xten.com has been working for me)
-If you are behind a router that has UPnP, make sure it's active
-This is optional, but it may help to open these port ranges and forward them to your ATA's IP:
5050-5064
5000-5005
16300-16500 (This is a bit hardware/software specific, it may change from one to the next, check within your device it should have a specification of which RTP ports it uses)
Confirming things are working:
Outgoing Calls : Can you reach *600 (Echo Test)
Incoming Calls: Can you reach the ATA via SIPBroker or the EziDial link I gave you above
