I had in fact sent my question to the indicated Voxalot contact email address ( info (a) voxalot.com) but never got any reply. I was not aware you were just a volunteer and thank you then even more for your help.
I'm just so surprised that no-one from Voxalot answered my basic question not provides any support.
As it appears that Keyyo is uncompatible with Voxalot and it's been a known issue for a while, could you please let me know who I should contact with here to get my Premium fee be reimbursed ?
