Hello,

This is due to the number being found in ENUM as 1 800 is a U.S. number "1" being the country code. If you don't want this to occur go into the dial plan "Advanced Option" and change the ENUM Replacement field from ${EXTEN} to 61${EXTEN}

This will automatically prefix your 1800 numbers with a 61 before performing the ENUM lookup.

Edit: Fixed a problem with replacement value

Regards
