For ATA Line1 and Line2 to ring independently, they must be different accounts, both Voxalot, or one Voxalot and one non-Voxalot SIP account.
Having said that, some VSPs that need registration to receive calls, will not allow calls to be forwarded in that manner.
Outgoing calls may not be able to use the same providers when separate accounts are used. This may also be an issue for you.
