Hi capron,

This should work:
Configure your VSP in your Voxalot account so you can make outgoing calls through Voxalot.
You'll probably need to configure dial plan settings, if you need help please take a look here:

Go to the User section of your PAP2T (if your VSP is configured on line 2, go to User2) and forward all calls to line 1,
CFWD all calls: userid-line1@PAP2-ip nbr:PAP2T-port nbr of line 1,
(e.g. 123456@192.168.2.199:5060).

Now you'll be able to use line 1 both for outgoing and incoming calls.
