My SPA => Voxalot VM stopped working a while back and I've only just got around to (hopefully) finding out why and (hopefully) fixing it.
I'm not sure how I originally had it working, a combination of everything everyone suggested (e.g. I have User1 call forwarding to my Voxalot number).
When you got it working you noted (amongst other things you did) that:

I have an ENUM setup for my PSTN number (not sure if you do). Wouldn't your set-up cause any call that uses the ENUM to go straight VM?
I'm not sure, but it seems (from Caller ID) that more of my calls are coming via the VOIP side these days, so this wouldn't be a good setup.
Of course, I don't really know what I am talking about, so this may be totally confused.
