if I were to have 2 entries in the dial plans with the same pattern, it's obvious that the lowest priority plan takes precedence.

But, is it possible that in the event the first attempt at the call fails (due to a vsp problem completing the call) that the call would be attemped with the 2nd (or 3rd) matching dialplan using alt vsps.
