Default Incoming calls are being dropped

Hello,

I have a DID from DIDWW forwarded to my VoXaLot account. Which is registered on my Sipura SPA. Over the last day or two I am getting some calls which drop after a few seconds of talking.

So far it has only happened with incoming calls if I call the other party back then there is no problem. I haven't changed my configuration and it I haven't had this problem before. Any ideas how I can trace where the problem is occuring?

I have tried different setups but they all have certain drawbacks. For example:
1) DIDWW directly to my Sipura SPA
-Works great, reduces VoXaLoT as a potential source of problems;
-No voice mail if my Sipura/Internet is down;
2) DIDWW to VoXaLoT forward all calls to Sipura SPA
-If the forwarding fails will it go to the voice mail? I don't think so but I'm not sure;
3) DIDWW to VoXaLoT registered with Sipura
-This is the most robust, but I am having problems;
-Incoming calls dropped;
-Strange ringing then no one on the other end and I get an empty voice mail message;

How do I track down where the problems are?

Plus, I have Windows Messanger setup to point to my SIP communications service. It used to always ring on messanger at the same time as my registered Sipura but now sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.
