Thanks the message is "your client is not allowed to access the request object"

comes when i click the login button after putting my ID and password on Voxalot therefore Voxalot works but not after I press login

Also says same message when i press the "Mobile Call-Back" link that takes me to "http://mobile.voxalot.com/action/webCall"
