It sounds like you may have the wrong password in the Voxalot provider settings for Voipstunt, or Voipstunt is refusing the call for some reason (Eg. Not enough account credit?).

Set up Voipstunt as "Not Registered". seems to work better that way.

You only need to register for incoming calls. Not sure if Voxalot works for incoming calls with Voipstunt, but outgoing should work like a charm.
