On the 1st page of callcentric after login, you will see DASBOARD, under that there is heading CALLMADE, if you initiate a call and visit this page during call the 1st entry will be always of call in progress with date & start time and will not be shown in "Last 40 calls made" or "Last 40 calls received" unless call completed.
However, Voxalot regretted not to provide, which in my view not difficult to include. But we all still waiting for major enhancement like callthrough...and many other recommended by other users.
