I directly connect to betaxmax clone without anything in between (using gw1 in SPA3000 ATA) and I have static IP. But I still get a lot of FUP charge. These charges do not make sense at all since all my call minutes are way below their limit (300min/7days for voipraider.com). It seems that Betamax has some secret pattern to charge FUP, not just the ip. Here is a list of my calls in Dec., it shows the FUP charges is almost random.
