I work in IT, and have done for > 10 years, so I don't tend to say things are dead unless they're definitely not playing. Traceroute only confirms a route to the server - and would only be useful if connections were not terminating as intended.

Both ICMP and TCP were responsive - I could access 5060 via cmdline, but the system was failing registrations from my ATA. I'm now on us.voxalot.com (the only setting changed) and have not yet tried switching back as it's registered ok. I would presume someone could check the logs server side and see if there are any failed/attempted regs from my account (and/or IP - which will match this post).

Given I also disabled voip.co.uk for >= a day, I've just reenabled it to see if I can start making outgoing PSTN calls via it properly. If it still doesnt work, I'll try flipping back to eu and seeing what happens again.

Scratch that, voip.co.uk shows me registered (now on voxalot.com @ 64.34.163.35) but I still can't make calls. It's enabled, registered but isn't working.

Can someone in Voxalot please talk to voip.co.uk - this was working up until the other day (when voip.co.uk moved systems) and now it's not.

voip.co.uk claim they are fully SIP compliant, and no-one seems to want to talk to eachother. I'm the client, I can't do anything except reg/dereg my accounts. Nothing has changed on my ATA, and now it's not working. Voxalot claim the ports change during reg, voip.co.uk say Voxalot have a problem common to asterisk (and have posted a link) - is anyone else using voip.co.uk ok?
