VoXaLot dial plan appear to be ok. Can I ask you to try setting up a dial plan entry that matches 500
Pattern: _500
Replacement: ${EXTEN}
Provider: VoXaLot
or
Pattern: _500
Replacement: *010${EXTEN}
Provider: SIP Broker
and then try to dial 500 again.
