Hello,

I'm using a Grandstream HT-503 ATA device. Today, I realized that I have missed renewal of my Voxalot account and renewed it; bur after that my ATA is not capable of registering to Voxalot again. I have redefined FXS port a couple of times. It seems HT-503 has got the latest firmware (thanks to Grandstream for such a bad support and documentation of their products

).

Currently, Voxalot reports that it has registered to my voice service operator (SMSListo of Betamax) and my dialplan is bound to that account. However HT-503 refuses to register into that account via eu.voxalot.com.

Any ideas appreciated. Thanks in advance.
