There were no scheduled outages. We will take a look at the logs see if there was a problem around this time.

Edit: Ok I just checked the EU logs and there were definitely calls going through the system at this time. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps there was a network routing issue from your IP into the EU server at this time.
This could have been confirmed by using a traceroute command from your IP address when the problem occurred.
