I have my Engin Account (and a few others) registered with Voxalot. When I call the Engin DID I hear the rigtone from the calling handset but nothing happens at the ATA (Billion 7402VGP).

The ATA is registered with Voxalot.

If someone calls my Voxalot number it rings as expected at the ATA.

Is this the expected behaviour or do I need to configure something. I need help please.
